Good Evening All

 

Firstly we would like to thank all those that have nominated to represent the FTGDCA over 50s age group in the upcoming representative 24 over double header being held at Lara Cricket Ground at 2 Mill Rd Lara on Sunday 15th December.

 

Having over 25 nominations for a  Representative tournament this close Christmas shows that there is a great deal of pride within our association and we applaud all of those guys who  have put there hand up, however that being said as advised at training last Wednesday we only require a squad of 13 and although some maybe disappointed to miss out on this occasion we encourage you to re-nominate again next season for this tournament.

 

The squad will be as follows but will be subject to changes, given that a number of players are still playing Saturday Cricket and as we all know injuries can occur.

We have secured a mini bus (Cost TBA) from the Upwey RSL and the bus will leave Upwey Cricket Ground at 8am on Sunday for a kick off in Lara at 10am.

 

If you are choosing to drive there direct please let myself (0459292041) or David Booth know so that we do hold up the departure of the Bus leaving on time.

 

We also are requesting that those players that already have a FTGDCA rep shirt and / or Cap please bring these along to wear in the game on the day.

 

Those players that are having there first run in a Rep game will have a shirt and Cap provided to them on the Day.
